What are Interfaith and Interspiritual Ministries?
The Cathedral of the Soul (COS) Interfaith & Interspiritual religious outreach ordains clerics to serve the spiritual needs of our Spiritually, Socially, and Ethnically Diverse World.
There is only one river. There is only one sea.
And it flows through you, and it flows through me.
There is only one person.
We are one and the same,
We are all one spirit, We are all one name.
COS Interfaith & Interspiritual Chaplains are called to assist in a diversity of traditional and new evolving ministerial realities. As a Seminary, we prepare our clergy to tackle the complexity of a world that had grown to be inter-reliant and interdependent.
We live in a globalized society. We believe it is only fair to attend to the new Global framework of diversity, facilitating individuals to embrace a new spiritual calling. Creating a unique outline that brings a balanced perspective, a fully inspired energy. A Ministerial Platform that is representing all beings, and all things, and in creation itself.
The interdependency of humankind, the relevance of relationships, the sacredness of creation is ancient, ancient wisdom.
One of our Spiritual Tenants that Creation expresses herself in its splendor through diversity and through the Symbiotic integration (interdependency) among all Divine elements. We thrive on nurturing our humanity’s outlook to fully embrace a Global reality as a common ground. As a graceful, compassionate thread, it weaves itself through all faiths, which connects all faith Traditions, all Gnosis, Schools of Wisdom, and Spiritual Paths altogether.
The Interfaith & Interspiritual Chaplains recognize that the Holy and Sacred are everywhere: In Prisons, hospitals, nature, and the streets. Our mission is to provide them with the tools to empower their calling to serve. COS makes available the instruction, community background, and foundation these rare individuals need to succeed as ordained Interfaith & Interspiritual ministers.
As believers, we all have an opportunity and moral obligation to recognize our spiritual common ground; rise above our differences; to combat prejudice and intolerance.
